1. Your ADE account
You must provide accurate and current information, keep your sign-in credentials secure and use ADE only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly notify ADE of unauthorized access.
You must meet the minimum age or parental-consent requirements that apply where you live.
2. ADE provides digital services
ADE primarily provides digital services, including online learning, assessments, credentials, professional profiles, digital productivity tools, subscriptions, business workspaces and opportunity-related features. Unless a specific offer expressly states otherwise, purchases made through ADE do not involve physical goods, physical shipping or physical returns.
3. Pricing, orders and payments
Prices, billing intervals, currencies, taxes and any transaction-specific charges will be shown before you confirm a purchase. By submitting a payment, you authorize the selected payment processor to charge the amount displayed at checkout.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors, including PayHere when offered at checkout. ADE does not intend to store your full payment-card details. We may refuse, cancel, reverse or review a transaction where reasonably necessary because of pricing or technical errors, suspected fraud, duplicate payments, payment failure or legal requirements.
4. Digital delivery and access
For paid digital services, access is normally activated after ADE receives successful payment confirmation from the payment provider. Where activation is automated, access may be available within a few minutes. In unusual cases involving provider delays, fraud review or technical issues, activation may take longer.
If a successful payment has been completed but the purchased access is not available, contact payments@thisisade.com so we can investigate and restore access or provide an appropriate remedy.
5. Subscriptions and renewals
Paid subscription plans may renew automatically at the billing interval shown at checkout until canceled. Where recurring billing is enabled, you authorize the payment provider to charge the applicable renewal amount. You may cancel future renewal using the billing controls made available to your account or by contacting ADE where such controls are unavailable.
Canceling a subscription normally stops the next renewal while allowing access through the already-paid billing period, unless applicable law or transaction-specific terms require otherwise.
6. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by ADE's Refund Policy. That policy explains the request windows, common eligibility grounds, exclusions, processing times and treatment of subscription renewals.
7. Learning, assessments and credentials
Course access, lesson progression, assessments, grading and credentials are governed by the requirements published for each learning product. Results are based on the learner's submitted work and the applicable assessment rules. Credentials may be corrected, replaced, suspended or revoked where there is error, fraud, academic misconduct, misuse or another legitimate reason recorded by ADE.
8. Professional profiles, projects and user content
You remain responsible for content you submit to ADE and must have the rights needed to upload or publish it. By publishing content through an ADE feature, you grant ADE the limited permissions reasonably necessary to host, display, format, process and distribute that content through the features you selected.
9. Opportunities and business activity
ADE can connect professionals, learners and organizations, but ADE is not automatically the employer, recruiter, client, contractor or guarantor of opportunities posted by third parties. Employers, applicants and organizations remain responsible for their own representations, screening, hiring decisions, contracts, payments and legal obligations.
10. ADE Earn and referrals
Referral links do not guarantee commission payment. Eligibility depends on valid attribution, an eligible conversion, the commission rule active at the relevant time, any approval or hold period, and fraud or self-referral checks. Refunds, reversals or chargebacks may reduce or reverse related commissions.
11. Acceptable use
You must not use ADE to commit fraud, impersonate another person, manipulate assessments or credentials, scrape protected information, bypass access controls, distribute malware, harass others, publish unlawful or infringing content, abuse referral systems or interfere with the security or operation of the platform.
12. Intellectual property
ADE's platform design, software, brand, logos, original course materials and other ADE-owned content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except where ADE expressly permits it, you may not reproduce, resell, distribute or commercially exploit ADE-owned materials without authorization.
13. Availability, changes and liability
ADE is an evolving digital service. We work to keep it accurate and available, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed. Features, course catalogs, plan entitlements, integrations and referral programs may change. Where a change materially affects a paid commitment, ADE will apply the notice and consumer protections required by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ADE is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from third-party opportunities, third-party services, user-generated content or events outside ADE's reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Suspension and termination
ADE may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, abuse, non-payment or material violation of these terms. You may stop using ADE at any time, subject to subscription cancellation terms and records ADE must retain.
15. Changes and applicable rights
We may update these Terms & Conditions as ADE evolves. The latest version will be published here with its revision date. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer, privacy or other legal rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
